We are Dr. Teresa Scott and Dr. Rachel Perry, and we've had the honor of acquiring Holistic Dental Associates. We chose this practice specifically because we share Dr. Williams's philosophy. We believe in mercury-safe dentistry, biocompatible materials, and treating root causes rather than just symptoms.

After many years of dedicated service to this community, Dr. Williams has stepped away from clinical practice to embrace the next chapter of his life. While he will be missed, we are honored to carry forward the whole-body philosophy he championed. His legacy lives on in every patient relationship we nurture and every biologic principle we uphold.
Do I need to transfer my records?
No. All patient records from Holistic Dental Associates have been securely transferred to Holistic Dental Associates. Your treatment history, X-rays, and care plans are already here.
Is the practice in the same location?
Yes. We remain at 6334 FM 2920 Rd. Ste 250, Spring, Texas—the same location you've always visited.
Has the phone number changed?
No. You can still reach us at (281) 655-9175, the same number Holistic Dental Associates has always used.
Will my insurance still work?
We are a fee-for-service practice, and we submit claims to your insurance on your behalf so you receive any reimbursement you're entitled to. We also offer flexible financing options to help make care accessible.
What's different about the new practice?
